The Marketing & Communications team supports Marshall Health Network, including Cabell Huntington Hospital, Hoops Family Children’s Hospital, Rivers Health, St. Mary’s Medical Center, affiliated clinics and the Marshall University Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine. Whether you’re promoting a program, event, service or initiative, our team will work with you to understand your goals, audience and desired outcomes, then recommend the most effective communications and marketing strategy to help achieve them.
Additional notes:
- Please submit requests as early as possible to allow adequate time for planning, content development, design, review, printing and promotion.
- Event-related requests should be submitted at least 30 days before the event date. To ensure sufficient time for promotion, marketing materials and communications should be finalized at least 10 business days before the event.

Digital & Print Materials
Graphic design services are available for digital projects including advertisements, social media or website graphics, etc. as well as print projects such as banners, brochures, invitations, research posters, signs, t-shirts and more.
Provider Rack Cards – A 4×9-inch, two-sided printed piece that highlights a provider’s clinical specialties and credential information. For new providers, the first 200 rack cards are provided free of charge.
Research Posters
Research and other presentation posters should be between 42” wide and 50” long. The template is formatted for 44″ wide x 34.5″ tall but can be modified to meet your presentation needs. Posters must be submitted as a PDF; other file types will not be accepted.
Please allow a minimum of 3 business days between time of submission and date needed for pick up; 5 days for more than one poster.
Business, Appointment Cards, Stationery
Marshall University Printing Services offers approved templates for Marshall Health Network and School of Medicine business cards, appointment cards, letterhead and envelopes with easy online ordering and proofing.
Photography Services
Our staff photographer specializes in professional portraits and candids for marketing and promotional activities as well as special event photography. Services subject to availability.
Headshot photos – Professional headshots are offered every Tuesday in the Fairfield Building.
Forms
For brand consistency and ease of use in Cerner and other systems, forms for the School of Medicine and Marshall Health Network are designed using a specific template.
Video Production
Videography services are available for departments or events, ideal for web and social media platforms. Services subject to availability.

Website Update Request
Request updates to existing website content, submit new information or report broken links or needed changes. Our team will review your request and follow up as needed.
